Fondation Joseph Lagesse (FJL) is a not-for-profit organisation that seeks to eradicate extreme poverty in Mauritius. It was founded in 2005 by Arnaud Lagesse, IBL’s CEO.
FJL works with partner NGOs to deliver projects that empower vulnerable groups and support their social inclusion.

To date, FJL’s work has focused on two neighbourhoods in Mauritius: Bois Marchand near Terre Rouge, and Chemin Rail, near Plaines des Roches.
